Özet
In the present study The values of Na, K, Ca, P, Mg, in resting and stimulated saliva samples obtained fırom 14 cases, were determined and cmnpared with the values of pamtissaliva obtained under the same conditions, According to our findings, H was found a signifkant incırease in sodium and caldum values, While a significant decrease was found in potassium, magnesium and ino:rganic phosphate values in sali va afte:r stimulation.In comparison of these values with the the parotis secretion values which were obtained under the same conditions, a significant increase in aH ionic values of either resting o:r stimulated sali va except potassium.(Keywmds: Flow rate, inorganic element, drcadian :rythm.) ÖZETÇalıı;ımamızda 14 olgudan toplanan istirahat ve uyarılınısı tükrük salgı örneklerinde sodyum, potasyum, kalsiyum, inorganik fosfat ve magnezyum değerleri saptanrnı~ ve aynı ko~ullarda saptanan parotis salgısındaki değerleri e kar~ıla~tırılmı~tır.Bulgularıımza göre tükrük salgısında uyanlma sonrası sodyum ve kalsiyum değerlerinde anlamlı bir artma, potasyum, magnezyum ve inorganik fosfat değerlerinde ise anlamlı bir azalma saptanmı~tır.Bu değerlerin aynı ko~ullarda saptanmış parotis salgısmdaki değerlerle kar~ılas,tınlmasında ise istirahat halinde ve uyanlmıs, tükrük salgısındaki potasyum
