Summary
Hence, studies have shown that the use of platelet concentrate products such as platelet-rich fibrin, platelet-rich plasma and constant growth factor accelerates new bone formation in directed bone regeneration and sinus agaration. In this study, after the maxillary sinus floor elevation to increase bone level, without bone grafting, concentrated growth factor derived from its own venous blood from the patient was used without any additional cost .
