Özet
Conclusion: A wide spectrum of allergic phenomena is seen in association with TAC therapy.A change from TAC to SIR should be considered when symptoms do not respond to dietary changes alone.As a T and B lymphocyte inhibitor (3), SIR may be a more rational substitute for TAC than another calcineurin inhibitor such as CsA.
