Summary
<p>In this study, conducted with gladiolus (Gladiolus L.), lilium (Lilium L.), tulip (Tulipa L.), iris ( Iris L.) and Hyacinthus (Hyacinthus L.), Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht microconidia, Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht chlamydospore and reference Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. f. sp. tulipae (FOT) isolates, which have been detected by conventional methods,</p><p>mycelial effectiveness of fludioxonil, fludioxonil+ metalaxyl-M, quinosol, prothioconazole+ tebuconazole, prochloraz, hydrogen peroxide + colloidal silver and Lactobacillus acidophilus preparate on Fusarium spp. isolates were evaluated in vitro. It was determined in vivo trials that all preparates do not inhibit vegetative growth on flower bulbs.</p><p>Keywords: Flower bulb, Fusarium spp., chemical control, fungicide, disinfectant, plant protection products.</p>
