Özet
In order to observe the effect of salt on the dye-uptake of Angora fibers, dyeing treatments were carried out with leveling (Telon Blue BRL Micro) and milling (Telon Blue M-RLW) acid dyes in the presence and absence of salt. 3 different salts (NaCl, Na2SO4, K2SO4) were used in five different concentrations (0.2-0.4-0.6-0.8-1 M). In the experiments, the absorbance values of the dyeing liquor samples taken at the beginning and at the end of dyeing were measured and dye-uptake amount (mg dye / g fiber) was calculated for each salt type and concentration. The effect of salt type on dye-uptake is explained relative to the lyotropic series. It has been seen that as the addition of salt is to increase levelnesss via retarding the dye-uptake in dyeings made in strong acidic environment, it has been seen that the preference of NaCl salt is more advantageous. On the other hand, it has been determined that as the addition of salt is to increase dye-uptake in dyeings made in weak acidic environment, it has been observed that the preference of Na2SO4 salt is more suitable.
