The first case of COVID-19 was officially announced by the T.C.Sağlık Bakanlığı on March 10, 2020 in Turkey. Current scientific data have been reported that people of all ages are susceptible to this new infectious disease, clinical pictures of different weights are encountered, and the spectrum of the disease can also be asymptomatic. Human-to-human transmission has been shown to be transmitted through direct and indirect contact transfer from contaminated hands and surfaces and saliva. It’s been determined that the virus can survive in the aerosol for at least 3 hours in the aerosol and it can survive on different surfaces for many hours. Considering these risks, the necessary measures and protocols for the control of cross infection risk were determined. Accordingly, T.C. Saglik Bakanligi published a guide about COVID-19 disease for health professionals. In this review, it’s aimed to present the procedures that are followed during the delivery of the 'Compulsory and Emergency Dentistry Practices' services in the clinic established in the 3rd stage healthcare institution, and the procedures performed at the clinic.
