Özet
A study on short-therm storage of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) milt.Rainbow trout sperm was diluted with an artificial seminal plasma (ASP; 1.6 mM CaCl 2 , 120 mM NaCl, 30 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl 2 , 10 mM NaHCO 3, pH 8 ) and stored in a refrigerator at +4 o C for 14 days in humid conditions.The stored semen was tested on the day 7 and the day 14 for the fertilization rates and the motility.The best results in fertilization rates (71.6±7.6%) and motility (73.8±6.99%) were obtained from the samples diluted with artificial seminal plasma (ASP) with the rate of 1:1 and stored for 7 days.
