Scombroid fish Poisoning:As presented in this review, Histamine Poisoning is known as Scombroid Poisoning and in general it is occured by consuming the members of Scombridae family.On this subject have been carried out on bacteria species which caused Scombroid fish poisoning and the semptomps of poisoning and treatment methods have been determined.
