FIGURE 9. The phylogenetic relationships of Gammarus species were reconstructed using the ML method, based on the concatenated data set (28S+COI). Since the ML and BI methods generally produce similar topologies, only the ML phylogeny is shown. The nodes (BI/ML) show the Bayesian posterior probabilities and the bootstrap percentage. For the support values of the nodes, ML ≥ 45% and BI ≥ 0.50 are shown. Black bars indicate OTUs.
