Summary
<p>Among the subjects of interest in the history of medicine are the histories of the clinical fields of medicine and the biographies of physicians who have served in these departments. Especially in the period after the Republic, the existence of physicians who adapt to the new academic order realized with the 1933 University Reform and continue to provide useful studies is important. In this article, we will touch on the short life story of Ord. Prof. Dr.İhsan Hilmi Alantar and his studies in the field of Child Health and Diseases, which is known in our country in general, on the subject of nutrition in infants and children, ,nfant disease and rare pediatric diseases. It should be noted here that during the armistice years, Dr. Alantar also participated in the War of Independence and was awarded the Medal of Independence for this reason. We remember him with mercy and respect.</p>
