Adult granulosa cell tumors (AGCTs) are rare ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors, and the role of adjuvant chemotherapy remains uncertain. We compared disease-free survival (DFS) and toxicity between bleomycin-etoposide-cisplatin/etoposide-cisplatin (BEP/EP) and carboplatin-paclitaxel (CP).
