Özet
This study aims at drawing the metaphors of technological leadership among the school administrators which has become the necessity in our time of technological development. In order to find this perspective, the school administrators have been asked about their perception on how they look at the metaphor of technological leadership. The categories were collected in order to determine whether there was a significant difference on age, gender and education of the school administrators on how they perceive the concept oftechnological leadership. The study consisted of 75 school administrators. According to the results, the school administrator had shown five categories of technological leadership metaphors as visionary leader, transformational leader, systematic development, reflective practice and learning culture.
