Özet
Considering anatomical landmarks and resorption pattern, the All-on-X prostheses used with implant angled placement of become an alternative. In this clinical report, the complications and solutions in fixed prostheses with PMMA after All-on-X implant surgery were evaluated. After total tooth loss, patients received All-on-X implants, followed by titanium bar supported PMMA superstructure prosthetic treatment after 3 months. In the first case, a posterior acrylic fracture occurred, and the acrylic piece was repaired intraorally by reinforcing it with glass fiber and using a PMMA-based permanent and rigid relining material. In the second case, an acrylic tooth delaminated ,and after checking occlusion, retentive areas were created, then it was bonded to the prostheses. In the third case, a partial fracture of the acrylic tooth occured. The prostheses was, sent to the laboratory for repair, and then reutilized after the repair In the literature, All-on-X prostheses are manufactured with many different materials. PMMA has advantages such as being cost effective, easy to repair, and aesthetic but disadvantages such as the fracture of one or more teeth and delamination also may be frequently observed. Complications in prostheses using PMMA superstructures may range from simple to complex, however their solutions follow a similar sequence. Enabiling the clinician and patient continue using the prostheses with predictable problems.
