Özet

Abstract Lung cancer is known as one of the most common cancers worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is found in 85% of cases of lung cancer. In this study, we tried to identify genes that can be used to prevent cancer from progressing with inhibiting their expression by microRNAs. In fact, these gels can be targeted as a treatment. In this study, using the data obtained from the article, 37 genes were finally reached with the Venny 2.1 database. We then analyzed the genes involved in lung cancer, using databases such as DAVID, PANTHR, ENRICHER. Our work provides insight into PDGFRA, LAMC1, and MAP3K8 have critical roles in important pathways and biological process which can developed cancer such as; angiogenesis, integrin signalling pathway, and development process. for the first time, that mir-554 and mir-313 plays a critical role by inhibiting the proto- oncogene genes map3k8, PDGFR and lamc1.
