Özet

Dentigerous cysts are the second most common odontogenic cysts, typically associated with unerupted teeth such as mandibular third molars. Although most cases are unilateral, bilateral presentation without a syndromic background is extremely rare. This report presents a 53-year-old male patient diagnosed with bilateral, non-syndromic mandibular dentigerous cysts. Diagnosis was established radiographically with panoramic and CBCT imaging and confirmed histopathologically. Both lesions were treated successfully with single-stage enucleation and application of platelet-rich fibrin. At one-year follow-up, complete bone healing was observed. This case highlights the importance of radiographic evaluation of unerupted teeth, as bilateral dentigerous cysts may remain asymptomatic for decades.
