Özet
patients preferred TTP regimens over FD regimens if it provided a 0.71 percentage-point decrease in grade 3/4 CRS risk, a 12.81 percentage-point decrease in CRS-related hospitalization, a 1.88mo OS increase, or a 2.64 percentage-point increase in the probability of CR at 24 mo.Direct-preference elicitation demonstrated that the 3 treatment attributes with the greatest proportion of R/R DLBCL patients reporting a "great deal" of importance were duration of survival (90.5%), probability of CR for 24 mo (83.3%), and QoL (69.0%).Conclusions: Even modest improvements in efficacy and safety impact patient preferences in bsAb treatment decision-making, and QoL is very important to patients with DLBCL.Route of administration and treatment duration were not considered important factors from a DLBCL patient perspective and, notably, patients would prefer a TTP to FD regimen if it provided better efficacy and safety.
