Özet

The diagnosis of de:nnatomyosHis was made in a patient who had fever and generalized musde weakness.X-ray of the chest has :revealed multiple pulmonaıry nodular infiltrations during the therapy of corHcosteroid, methotrexate and infravenous immunoglobulin. These infiltrations disappeared during the therapy. It is suggested that the infiltrations were due to dermatomyositis after all the other canses we:re exduded. This case reported because of rarity of pulmona:ry nodular infiHrations in dermatomyositis and their positive response to hı.tra~ venous immunoglobulin therapy, (Key Words: CoUagen Tissue Disease, IntersHHal Pneunomia, Poly mymıitis, Pulmoner Infiltration.)
