<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;">Background: The study aims to investigate and evaluate the impacts of the physiologic relation of ghrelin hormone with obesity and exercise <span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;">Materials and Methods: In the search for scientific literature related to this review the US National Library of Medicine (PubMed) used MEDLINE and SportDiscus data and the terms “ghrelin”, “obesity”, “<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">physical activity” and ‘’ exercise ‘’were used. The relevant literature has also taken its source from the research of relevant articles from reference lists derived from data studies. <span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;">Results: Obesity is acknowledged as a health problem that is causing worries worldwide day by day and hence, paves the way for the fact that states, scientists, and healthcare providers attempt to raise awareness about the factors contributing to the development of obesity in a person, its effects and results. Exercise is a well-known treatment method for obesity and weight control. And there are various studies related to ghrelin hormone and exercise that may show their effects on obesity. <span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;">Conclusion: In the light of all these facts, whether ghrelin hormone may be used for the treatment of obesity is still a question of debate and it remains unclear because ghrelin levels increase as obese people lose weight, and as a result, they develop sensitivity towards ghrelin hormone while losing weight.
