Özet
In fish diseases, bacterial originated disease agents are important. To identify of bacterial fish pathogens can be used phenotypic, genotypic and serotypic methods. However, the different methods used for each method need to be well known. In this study, it is aimed at giving information about the serological methods that are required to be classified as the serotypical identification of bacterial fish pathogens which have an important role in occurrence of various fish diseases, using of these methods in struggling against fish pathogens and their importance. For this purpose; qualitative methods such as precipitation, flocculation, agglutination and compliment fixation are explained. In the quantitative methods are mentioned turbidimetric-nephelometric measurements and immunochemical measurements.
